The website operium.store is operated by ONE MARKET LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11161336. By using the OPERIUM corporate website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you purchase, access or use a specific software product, the terms displayed on that product’s website or checkout may also apply. If there is a conflict concerning a specific product, the product-specific terms take priority for that product.

We may update, maintain, suspend or withdraw parts of the corporate website where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every page will always be available, uninterrupted or free from technical errors. We will use reasonable care in maintaining the website but may need to restrict access for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

Certain OPERIUM functions may require an account or sign-in. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless that activity results from a security failure for which we are legally responsible. You must notify us promptly at commercial@operium.store if you believe that an account or credential has been compromised. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect users, secure the service or comply with law.

You must not use the website or any connected OPERIUM service to: (a) break any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or contractual rights; (c) upload or transmit malware, destructive code or material designed to disrupt a system; (d) gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, server, API, database or network; (e) bypass security, authentication, rate limits or access controls; (f) scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or personal data without permission or a lawful basis; (g) misrepresent your identity, authority or affiliation; (h) use the website to facilitate fraud, deception, unlawful financial activity or the handling of unlawfully obtained data; (i) interfere with the normal use of the website by another person; or (j) use automated systems in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on the infrastructure.

The corporate website provides general information about software, systems, infrastructure and operational subjects. Unless a specific written engagement expressly states otherwise, content published on operium.store is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on information where your circumstances require it.

Descriptions, roadmaps, examples, demonstrations and feature lists are provided to explain products. A product’s current functionality, price, availability, operator and contractual terms are those displayed on its applicable product website or checkout at the time of purchase. References to planned, experimental, beta or future functionality are not a promise that the functionality will be released by a particular date.

Products presented on operium.store may be operated or supplied by different legal entities according to the product and territory. The applicable product terms, checkout and invoice identify the contracting entity and payment recipient. VillaTax is independently operated and supplied in Indonesia by PT Asiah Legal Jaya. ONE MARKET LTD provides technical development and maintains the OPERIUM domain infrastructure used by VillaTax but does not receive, hold or beneficially own payments made by VillaTax customers to PT Asiah Legal Jaya.

The OPERIUM name, the operium.store corporate website, its original layout, written corporate content, graphics and materials created for ONE MARKET LTD are owned by or licensed to ONE MARKET LTD. Product-specific intellectual-property ownership may differ and is described in the applicable product terms or in the Intellectual Property & Product Operators page. You may view and use the corporate website for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, republish or commercially exploit protected website content without written permission, except where the law permits the use.

When you submit an enquiry, feedback, support message or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You retain ownership of material that you own. You grant ONE MARKET LTD a limited, non-exclusive right to use that material only as reasonably necessary to respond to the submission, provide the requested function, maintain security or comply with law. This clause does not give ONE MARKET LTD the right to sell your personal data or confidential business information.

The website may link to third-party websites, payment providers, hosting services, software integrations or external documentation. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not mean that ONE MARKET LTD controls or guarantees the third-party service.

You must not attempt to test, scan or exploit the website or its infrastructure without prior written authorisation. Responsible reports of genuine security vulnerabilities may be sent to commercial@operium.store with the subject: “Security disclosure”. Do not access, download, alter or retain data belonging to another person while investigating a suspected vulnerability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights. For business users, ONE MARKET LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or loss resulting from reliance on general corporate website content. For business users, ONE MARKET LTD’s total liability arising solely from free use of the operium.store corporate website will not exceed GBP 100. These limitations do not replace or amend any liability provisions contained in a paid product-specific contract.

We may suspend or terminate access to the corporate website or an OPERIUM account where: (a) these Terms are materially breached; (b) access creates a genuine security or legal risk; (c) use is fraudulent or unlawful; or (d) suspension is required by law or a competent authority. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for the suspension and provide an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, law, security requirements or business operations. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing account or paid service will be communicated through an appropriate notice. Product-specific changes remain governed by the applicable product terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right of an individual to bring a claim in another competent jurisdiction.
