The OPERIUM website presents software products, technical systems, development activities, operational infrastructure and related business information. The website may provide links to independent product websites, dashboards, documentation, demonstrations, subscription pages and services. The presence of a product on operium.store does not necessarily mean that ONE MARKET LTD is the contracting entity, merchant of record, data controller or local operator for that product. The applicable product page and the product’s own legal documents identify the relevant supplier, operator, payment recipient and data controller.

Unless a product page or its specific legal documents state otherwise, products directly operated and supplied by ONE MARKET LTD are contracted through ONE MARKET LTD. VillaTax is operated and supplied in Indonesia by PT Asiah Legal Jaya. PT Asiah Legal Jaya contracts directly with VillaTax customers in Indonesia, issues its customer invoices and receives its customer payments. ONE MARKET LTD provides technical development and maintains the OPERIUM domain infrastructure used by VillaTax. ONE MARKET LTD does not receive, hold or beneficially own payments made by VillaTax customers to PT Asiah Legal Jaya. The product-specific legal documents published on the relevant product website prevail in relation to that product.

Unless expressly stated in writing by the relevant authority, neither OPERIUM nor ONE MARKET LTD is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any government, tax authority, financial regulator, card network, blockchain foundation or public body. Software products may organise information, perform calculations, generate reports, monitor systems or assist operational decisions.
