Intellectual Property & Product Operators
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This page explains the intellectual-property position of the OPERIUM corporate website and the distinction between technical development, product ownership and local commercial operation.
1. OPERIUM NAME AND CORPORATE WEBSITE
OPERIUM is a trading name and technical product environment of
ONE MARKET LTD.
The OPERIUM name, the operium.store corporate website, its original
corporate design, corporate written content and materials created
for ONE MARKET LTD are owned by or licensed to ONE MARKET LTD.
No use of the OPERIUM name or website creates a licence to reproduce
or commercially exploit those materials.
2. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC RIGHTS
Software products presented on operium.store may have different
owners, licensors, operators and contracting entities.
A product’s presence within the OPERIUM technical environment does
not by itself establish that ONE MARKET LTD owns every intellectual-
property right in that product.
Product-specific terms, licences and written agreements determine
the ownership and permitted use of each product.
3. VILLATAX
ONE MARKET LTD provides technical development and maintains the
OPERIUM domain infrastructure used by VillaTax.
PT Asiah Legal Jaya independently operates and supplies VillaTax in
Indonesia, contracts directly with its Indonesian customers, issues
its customer invoices and receives its customer payments.
Nothing on operium.store should state or imply that ONE MARKET LTD
receives or beneficially owns VillaTax customer payments made to
PT Asiah Legal Jaya.
Nothing on operium.store should make a broader statement about the
ownership of the VillaTax name, software or other intellectual
property unless that statement is supported by a signed agreement
or verified ownership record.
4. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
Third-party names, logos, libraries, APIs, protocols, blockchains,
services and product marks remain the property of their respective
owners.
Reference to a third party does not imply endorsement, partnership
or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Open-source components remain governed by their applicable
licences.
5. PERMITTED USE OF WEBSITE MATERIAL
Users may:
(a) view the corporate website;
(b) print or save reasonable extracts for internal, informational
or evaluation purposes;
and
(c) link to public pages in a lawful and non-misleading manner.
Users may not, without written permission:
(a) republish substantial website content;
(b) remove ownership or attribution notices;
(c) sell or sublicense website materials;
(d) copy the website’s design or branding in a misleading manner;
or
(e) imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not
exist.
6. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit.
Where feedback or a business suggestion is submitted without a
separate confidentiality agreement, ONE MARKET LTD may use the
general ideas and feedback to evaluate or improve its systems,
provided it does not claim ownership of the submitter’s pre-existing
copyright, confidential material or personal data.
Confidential product, source-code or business materials should not
be submitted through a general contact form.
7. INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY NOTICES
A person who believes that content on operium.store infringes a
copyright, trade mark or other right may send a notice to:
commercial@operium.store
The notice should identify:
- the protected work or right;
- the allegedly infringing material;
- the relevant URL;
- the sender’s contact details;
- the basis of the claim;
- and any supporting evidence.
We may request further information before taking action.
8. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
