Overview
Service providers need to prove that work was completed — especially when disputes arise over scope, quality, or timing. Proof-of-Service creates immutable, timestamped records of service delivery with photo evidence, file attachments, and shareable client links.
How It Works
After completing a job, service providers upload photos, documents, or other files as evidence through the Proof-of-Service dashboard. Each proof record is automatically timestamped and assigned a unique URL. Share this link with your client so they can review the evidence independently. The record cannot be altered after creation, providing both parties with a reliable reference point.
Use Cases
Maintenance companies document completed repairs with before-and-after photos. Cleaning services record completed walkthroughs. Consultants attach deliverable files to proof records. Construction teams photograph completed milestones. Any business where "I did the work" needs to be provable benefits from structured documentation.
Protection for Both Parties
Proof-of-Service protects service providers from false claims of incomplete work, and protects clients by providing transparent documentation of what was actually delivered. In industries where verbal agreements are common and disputes are frequent, having timestamped photographic evidence can prevent costly misunderstandings.
At $9/month, Proof-of-Service is part of OPERIUM's Operational Management domain. It forms a natural pair with Contract-Sign: sign the agreement first, then document the delivery. For collecting client feedback after service completion, FeedbackPulse in our Communication & Interfaces domain closes the engagement loop.
